The shipping costs are accounted for depending on the cart total and the Country of destination:
ITALY (including islands)
Standard (2-5 days): Free of charge over 119€, € 8,95 if the order is less than 119€
Express (1-3 days): Free of charge over 119€, € 12,00 if the order is less than 119€.
EUROPE (Austria, France, Germany, Monaco, Slovenia)
Standard (3-5 days): Free of charge over 129€, € 15,95 if the order is less than 129€.
EUROPE (Others)
Standard (3-6 days): Free of charge over 129€, € 19,60 if the order is less than 129€.
UNITED KINGDOM (U.K.)
Standard (4-6 days): Free of charge over 238€, € 20,50 if the order is less than 238€
Customs Duties and any ancillary expenses are charged to the customer (See paragraph Duties and Customs Clearance Costs).
SWITZERLAND-LIECHTENSTEIN
Express (3-5 days): Free of charge over 238€, € 21,50 if the order is less than 238€
Swiss Customers are required to pay Customs Duties to the courier (See paragraph Duties and Customs clearance costs).
RUSSIA and UKRAINE
Express (8-20 days): Free of charge over 357€, € 42,50 if the order is less than 357€

Due to the current crisis between Russia and Ukraine, shipments and purchases are suspended to and from these countries. We sincerely hope they will restore peace as soon as possible.
USA and CANADA
DHL Express (3-6 days): Free of charge over 476€, € 59.70 for orders under €476
UPS Express (3-5 days): Free of charge over 476 €, € 59.50 for orders under €476
Customs Duties and any ancillary expenses are charged to the customer (See paragraph Duties and Customs Clearance Costs).
REST OF THE WORLD
(Australia, China, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Mexico, New Zeland, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea)
Express (6-12 days): Free of charge over 595€, € 64,50 if the order is less than 595€
Customs Duties and any ancillary expenses are charged to the customer (See paragraph Duties and Customs Clearance Costs).
In case of return from "Rest of the World" countries, the shipping costs are always charged to the customer.
Shipment:
Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during office hours. Three delivery attempts will be made, and the goods will be returned to our stores. You can specify a delivery address other than the billing one as long as it is within the same Country.
Shipping times:
Our warehouse ships from Monday to Friday at noon. Orders placed and paid before 11.30 a.m. will be shipped the same day; orders placed in the afternoon will be processed and shipped within the next business day, except for unavailable products marked as "orderable", which need a few days of reassortment. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment confirmation.
Transportation and delivery times:
The logistics system allows us to deliver packages in a time between 48 and 120 hours. You can not in any way change the delivery schedule. It is possible to leave a note during purchase to communicate any details to the courier to facilitate delivery. Delivery times may be delayed concerning what is indicated as a result of extraordinary and unforeseen events beyond our competence and periods of intense movement such as Black Friday or Christmas.
Shipping Documentation and Traceability:
The customer will receive the invoice and an email with a tracking code and a direct link to the courier's website as soon as the package is sent.
Duties and customs clearance
All shipments made by Tieapart.com depart from warehouses in Italy or within the European Community. Duties, customs fees or any other expenses necessary for the customs clearance of the goods are charged to the customer without the possibility of reimbursement or request for refund by the customer to Tieapart.com. The customer who places an order on Tieapart.com from a country outside the European Union assumes responsibility for paying customs fees and any duties required by his Country of origin.
Post-purchase Feedback:
Seven days after the purchase on Tieapart, the customer will receive a request for feedback by email. A very reliable certified company manages our certified feedback system called Verified Reviews.
A reminder might follow the first email to remind the customer to express his opinion on the service offered by Tieapart.com. The feedback is used to monitor customer satisfaction and to improve our online sales services.
