Delivery
- How much does delivery cost?
The shipping costs vary based on the amount of your order and on the destination country. Find out more at Delivery & Shipment.
- Who does deliver my order?
The courier will take charge of your delivery. It will be possible to track the package at any time using the tracking code communicated by email on the day of shipment.
- Can I make an order and send it to a different country from my own?
No, at the moment we cannot offer this kind of delivery. So, please make sure that the billing and shipping addresses are both in the same country.
- I have not received my order yet, what should I do?
If you haven't received your package yet, we suggest checking the order status by using the tracking code contained in the e-mail sent by our customer service. Otherwise, please contact our Customer Service (customercare@tieapart.com) for further information.
- Can I choose the time and the date of the delivery?
Unfortunately, it is not possible, however, you can give useful information and details filling up the order form. We suggest any way to make sure that someone is present at the delivery address.
- In the case of making a gift, can I send it directly to that person?
Yes, you can, by entering his or her address before proceeding with payment. We also assure you that there will not be any price in your order, neither on the items nor on the shipping documents. The invoice, in PDF format, will be only sent to your e-mail address. If you are not sure about the present, why you do not try our virtual Gift Card?

- What are the accepted payment methods?

Yes, if you live in Europe, by selecting "Cash on Delivery" before proceeding with the order, you will pay with cash to the courier when you receive the package. This service is charged with 7€ cost. For more information, go to Payment & Safety.
Return
- Can I return the items that I've bought online?
Yes, you can return the items you've bought online within 30 working days from the delivery date, by writing an e-mail to customercare@tieapart.com and using the return label that you can find attached to your order. For more detailed information, see the Returns Policy.
- I have ordered the wrong size, can I change it?
Yes, TieApart.com offers a free replacement service of the same purchased item, when available; it is provided only one free size exchange for each authorized return. For more details, see the Returns Policy or write to customercare@tieapart.com.
- I have asked for a Return but I’ve had a second thought and now I want to keep the items, what can I do?
If you’ve had a second thought and you want to keep the items, please write an e-mail to customercare@tieapart.com and our team will cancel the return application.
- How will I receive the refund for my return?
In case of return without replacement, TieApart.com will refund the value of the returned goods (excluding the costs of possible cash on delivery) as soon as our staff will have received and checked the items. The reimbursement will be made using the same channel that you have chosen to make the purchase (with the exception of the Cash on Delivery, in this case, the refund will be made by Bank transfer). - Can I get the refund on a different credit card rather than the one I’ve used to make my order?
No, sorry this is not possible. The refund will take place on the same payment method chosen for the online purchase.
- Do I have to pay to return my order?
No, the delivery cost for your return is at TieApart’s charge. To learn more about our return policy click here.
- How much time do I have to return?
To return a purchase, you have 15 days to inform our staff about it and then 15 days to send the items back.
Gift
- My order is a gift, how can I ship it to the one I want?
It’s easy, just remember to enter his or her address before proceeding with payment. We also assure you that there will not be any price in your order, neither on the items nor on the shipping documents. The invoice, in PDF format, will be only sent to your e-mail address.
- Can I buy a gift card online?

How do Virtual Gift Card works?
You want to give a friend a gift, but your friend "has everything" or you don’t know what to give? By giving a Virtual Gift Card, you make it possible for your friend to purchase the particular item or product that he or she and you will be able to choose the amount of the gift. Then you will receive an e-mail with the Gift Card and the coupon code to send or print for your special one!
When does the Virtual Gift Card expire?
The Virtual Gift Card’s expiry date occurs 12 months after its purchase. - Can I receive my order in a gift package?
Yes, upon request, TieApart offers a FREE Gift Packaging.
- Can I send a personalized card together with my order/gift?
Yes, you only need to write your personal message in the dedicated text box before you make the purchase. That message will be written in the greeting card that will be sent together with the gift.
